RESOLUTION 07-076
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH ST.
ANTHONY-NEW BRIGHTON SCHOOL DISTRICT #282
COMMUNITY SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony-New Brighton School District #282 entered
in to a lease agreement with the City of St. Anthony in
September 1996; and
WHEREAS, the lease agreement is for the Community Services division
of the school district and gymnasium space; and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony proposed an amendment to the lease
• to increase the rent due to increase costs that were incurred
by the City of St. Anthony; and
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony-New Brighton School Board approved the
amendment to the lease at their November 6, 2007 meeting.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony approves amending the lease
with St. Anthony-New Brighton School District#282 Community Services.
