RESOLUTION 08-014
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF THE INTOXICATING
LIQUOR LICENSE FOR APPLEBEE'S RESTAURANTS NORTH,LLC.,DBA
APPLEBEE'S RESTAURANT AT 2800 - 39TH AVENUE.
WHEREAS, American Limited Partnership of Minnesota, received their intoxicating
liquor license in January 2005; and
WHEREAS, the American Limited Partnership of Minnesota, has maintained their
intoxicating liquor license in good standing with the City of St. Anthony;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant, Applebee's Restaurants North,LLC., has completed the
necessary application process for the transfer of the intoxicating liquor
license; and
• WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Police Department has conducted a conclusive
background check on all officers and employees in the corporation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council Approves the Transfer of
the Intoxicating Liquor License for Applebee's Restaurants North, LLC.,dba Applebee's
Restaurant at 2800-39th Avenue.
