APPROVAL OF THE CITY OWNED FACILITY AGREEMENTS WITH THE ST. ANTHONY
SPORTS BOOSTERS AND ST. ANTHONY-NEW BRIGHTON SCHOOL DISTRICT #282
ALONG WITH THE SNOWPLOWING AGREEMENT FOR THE ST. ANTHONY-NEW
BRIGHTON SCHOOL DISTRICT#282
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony was advised by the League of Minnesota Cities to have
agreements in place regarding city owned property that is utilized by outside
agencies; and
WHEREAS, City staff discovered that the City did not have any written documentation
regarding these facilities;and
WHEREAS, the City presented these agreements to the St. Anthony Sports Boosters and St.
Anthony-New Brighton School District;and
• WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Sports Boosters and St. Anthony-New Brighton School District
have approved of the agreements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony approves the
City Owned Facility Agreements with the St. Anthony Sports Boosters and the
St. Anthony-New Brighton School District#282 along with the Snowplowing
Agreement for the St. Anthony-New Brighton School District#282.
