RESOLUTION 08-020
A RESOLUTION AMENDING ITS 2008 COMMUNITY CENTER FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, State Law requires that the City Council to approve budget revisions to its
operating budget;and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and St. Anthony-New Brighton School District #282 have
re-negotiated their rental lease; and
WHEREAS, this agreement was approved after the expenditure portion of the budget was
approved;and
WHEREAS, the 2008 Community Center Fund Expenditures Budget for Maintenance Repairs
Building will increase by$25,000
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1) The 2008 Community Center Fund revenue and expenditure budgets are
amended as follows:
0 Original 2008 Revenue Budget $213,200
Total 2008 Revenues $213,200
Original 2008 Expenditure Budget $188,200
Add: Maintenance Repair Building Expenditures $ 25,000
Total 2008 Amended Expenditures $213,200
Adopted this 11th day of March, 2008
