RESOLUTION 08-025
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE GAMBLING LICENSE FOR
LIONS CLUB OF NORTHEAST MINNEAPOLIS AT THE VILLAGE PUB LOCATED
AT 2720 HIGHWAY 88
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 06-054 allowing the Lions Club of
Northeast Minneapolis at The Village Pub located at 2720 Highway 88;
and
WHEREAS, the license for the Lions Club of Northeast Minneapolis needs to be
renewed every two years with the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has determined that the gambling operation at
2720 Highway 88 by Lions Club of Northeast Minneapolis has not had any
• negative impact on the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the renewal of the Gambling License for Lions Club of Northeast
Minneapolis at the Village Pub located at 2720 Highway 88.
