RESOLUTION 08-056
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
ST. ANTHONY POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT
OF PUBLIC SAFETY, OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Police Department entered into a grant
agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of
Traffic Safety for the project entitled Safe and Sober Communities during
the period of October 3, 2008 and September 14, 2009; and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Police Department Chief is hereby authorized to
execute such agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement
• the project on behalf of the St. Anthony Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department is hereby authorized to be the
fiscal agent and administer the grant on behalf of the St. Anthony Police
Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves Resolution 08-056 Authorizing Execution of Agreement between the
St. Anthony Police Department and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office
of Traffic Safety.
