RESOLUTION 008-059
A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULED FOR
THE SECOND TUESDAY IN DECEMBER, TO THE SECOND
MONDAY IN DECEMBER, FOLLOWING THE TRUTH-IN-TAXATION MEETING
WHEREAS, the City Council meets regularly on the second Tuesday of each month,
December 9th; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is required to have a Truth-In-Taxation meeting which is
scheduled to be held in the beginning of December; and
WHEREAS, the City Council will change the regularly scheduled meeting from
December 9, 2008 to December 8, 2008 following the Truth-In-Taxation
Meeting.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby changes the City Council meeting scheduled for the Second Tuesday in
December, to the Second Monday in December following the Truth-In Taxation
Meeting.
