RESOLUTION 08-071
A RESOLUTION APPROVING HLB TAUTGES, REDPATH, LTD AS THE
CITY AUDITOR FOR AUDITING YEARS 2008, 2009 AND 2010.
WHEREAS, the City of St Anthony received a Request for Proposal for auditing
services from Tautges Redpath, Ltd; and
WHEREAS, City Staff reviewed the prospective auditing and consultant services
Tautges Redpath provides; and
WHEREAS, Staff discussed the proposal with the City Council on November 5, 2008,
to recommend the appointment of HLB Tautges, Redpath, Ltd., to
perform the annual auditing services for the City.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves
• HLB Tautges, Redpath, Ltd. to perform the services and role of the City Auditor for
auditing years 2008, 2009 & 2010.
Adopted this 12th day of November,2008.
