RESOLUTION 08-077
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE GRANTS FOR THE WATER RE-USE
FACILITY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village constructed a Water Re-Use Facility in
conjunction with the reconstruction of Silver Lake Road; and
WHEREAS, the following organizations provided grants to the City of St. Anthony
Village to assists in the construction costs for this facility:
* Hennepin County $185,321.25
* MWMO $679,736.17
• Middle Mississippi Watershed Organization
* RCWD $25,000.00
Rice Creek Watershed District
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby accepts the Grants for the Water Re-use Facility Project.
Adopted this 8th day of December, 2008.
