A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON
2009 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, a report has
been prepared with reference to the improvements:
2009 Street and Utility Improvements Project
This project consists of street reconstruction, replacement of sanitary sewer,
water main and storm sewer lines, sidewalk improvements, and street lighting
improvements in the following locations:
1. Chandler Drive from County Road D to Foss Road.
2. Foss Road from Chandler Drive to City limits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of$2,700,000.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 24'h
day of February 2009, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00
P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, and the Clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
