A RESOLUTION ORDERING IWROVEMENTS FOR
2009 STREET AND UTILITY MPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 20th day of January,2009,fixed a
date for Council hearing on the proposed improvements:
2009 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
This project consists of street reconstruction,replacement,or new construction of sanitary sewer,
water main and storm sewer lines,sidewalk improvements,and street lighting in the following
locations:
1. Chandler Drive from 37`h Avenue NE to Foss Road.
2. Foss Road from Chandler Drive to City Limits.
WHEREAS, ten days'mailed notice and two weeks'published notice in advance of said
hearing was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 24th day of
February,2009,at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
• opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
approves such improvements as are hereby ordered in the Council Resolution.
