A RESOLUTION ADOPTING ST.ANTHONY VILLAGE
WATER EMERGENCY AND CONSERVATION PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village in cooperation with the Minnesota Department of
Natural Recourses(DNR)have completed a Water Emergency and Conservation
Plan,
WHEREAS, public water suppliers that service more than 1,000 people are required to have a
Water Emergency and Conservation Plan approved by the Minnesota Department
of Natural Resources(DNR) (Minnesota Statutes 103G.291). These plans were
first required in 1996 and must be updated every ten years,
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village Water Emergency and Conservation Plan has
been approved by the Minnesota Department of Health,
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that
the Water Emergency and Conservation Plan is accepted and adopted as approved by the
Minnesota Department of Natural Recourses(DNR),
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that the City of
St.Anthony Village will begin implementation of the measures outlined within the Water
Emergency and Conservation Plan in accordance with all state rules.
