RESOLUTION 09-026
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR ARBORS ALLEY ROADWAY AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted November 25,2008,a report was
prepared by WSB&Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of:
1. Alley located immediately south of Croft Drive and west of Old Highway 8.
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary,
cost effective, and feasible.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that:
1) The Council will consider the improvement of such alleyway in accordance with the report
at an estimated total cost of the improvement of$84,310.
• 2) WSB&Associates,Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. They
shall prepare plans for making such improvement.
