RESOLUTION 09-035
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPOINTMENT TO
THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City Council held interviews of candidates in November 2008 for the
Planning Commission;and
WHEREAS, the City Council re-appointed the incumbent candidates;and
WHEREAS, the City Council directed Staff to ask the fourth and fifth placed candidates if
they would be interested in an appointment in the future should a current
Planning Commissioner resign;and
WHEREAS, both candidates did indicate interest in a future appointment and;
WHEREAS, Paul Cincoski,a current resident of the City of St. Anthony,has agreed to an
appointment to the Planning Commission.
• NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby
approves the appointment of Paul Cincoski to the Planning Commission.
