A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY
REPORT FOR 2010 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the following improvements are proposed:
1. Street and Utility Reconstruction
■ Silver Lane from Silver Lake Road to Oakwood Drive in New Brighton
2. Bituminous Mill and Overlay
■ Old Highway 8 from Highway 88 to 33rd Avenue NE
■ Highcrest Road from 33rd Avenue NE to 37th Avenue NE
3. Sidewalk and Street Lighting Improvements
■ Silver Lane from Stinson Boulevard to Oakwood Drive in New Brighton
WHEREAS, a portion of the cost of the improvements are to be assessed to the benefited
properties, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
• That the proposed improvement be referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. for study and that they
are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the "Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
