A RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR 2010 STREET RECONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 9,2009, a feasibility report was
prepared by WSB&Associates, Inc. with reference to the following improvements:
1. Street and Utility Reconstruction
■ Silver Lane from Silver Lake Road to 16`h Avenue SW
2. Bituminous Mill and Overlay
■ Old Highway 8 from Highway 88 to 33`d Avenue NE
■ Highcrest Road from 33`d Avenue NE to 37`h Avenue NE
3. Sidewalk and Street Lighting Improvements
■ Silver Lane from Stinson Boulevard to 16`h Avenue SW
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary,
cost effective,and feasible.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that:
1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report at
an estimated total cost to the City of St. Anthony of the improvement of$1,910,000.
Additional project costs are to be funded by the Cities of New Brighton and Roseville.
2) WSB &Associates,Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. They
shall prepare plans for making such improvement.
