RESOLUTION 09-070
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE AMENDED CITY COUNCIL STANDING
RULES OF CONDUCT FOR 2009 EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON
APPROVAL OF THIS RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village approved the
City Council Standing Rules of Conduct for 2009 at their January
13, 2009 City Council meeting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village suggested
amending the Standing Rules of Conduct at their August 3, 2009
work session; and
WHERAS, the amendment states a councilmember must serve two years
before being considered for Mayor Pro Tem; and
• WHEREAS, these amended City Council Standing Rules of Conduct will be
effective immediately upon the approval of this resolution.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
Village hereby adopts the amended City Council Standing Rules of Conduct for 2009
effective immediately upon the approval of this resolution with such said rules attached
herewith.
