A RESOLUTION RELATED TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ALONG SILVER LANE FOR THE
2010 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
S.A.P.No. 161-108-002 from station 36+00.00(Silver Lake Roads to station 58+83.88 (16�`Avenue SVVZin
the City of St. Anthony in Ramsey County,Minnesota.
WHEREAS, this resolution was passed this 12'b day of January,2010,by the City of St. Anthony in
Ramsey County, Minnesota. The Municipal Corporation shall hereinafter be the"City",
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the"City",has planned the improvement of Silver Lane, State Aid Route No. 161-108-002
from station 36+00.00(Silver Lake Road) o station 58+83.88(16'h Avenue SMO in the City
of St.Anthony in Ramsey County,Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the"City"will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the improvements of this Street;
and
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the street;
and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must
therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that:
The"City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on the south side of Silver Lane from station 36+00.00 to
station 50+95.87,from station 53+05.82 to station 54+62.31, and from station 58+71.29 to station 58+83.88.
Adopted this 12`h day of January, 2010.
