ANTHONY, MINNESOTA STREET RECONSTRUCTION PLAN OF 2010 THROUGH 2 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE RESOLUTION 10-027 GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL FOR THE ISSUANCE OF THE CITY'S GENERAL OBLIGATION STREET RECONSTRUCTION PLAN BONDS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $1,400,000 AND ADOPTING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA STREET RECONSTRUCTION PLAN OF 2010 THROUGH 2014 THEREFOR A. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota (the "City") proposes to issue its general obligation street reconstruction plan bonds (the "Bonds") and adopt the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota Street Reconstruction Plan of 2010 through 2014 therefor(the"Plan"); and B. WHEREAS, the City has caused notice of the public hearing on the intention to issue the Bonds and on the proposed adoption of the Plan to be published pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.58, Subdivision 3b; and C. WHEREAS, a public hearing on the intention to issue the Bonds and on the proposed Plan has been held on this date, following published notice of the hearing as required by law; and NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, that the City hereby gives preliminary approval for the issuance of up to $1,400,000 aggregate principal amount of the Bonds. The Plan is hereby adopted, the same being before the City Council and made a part of these proceedings by reference. The City declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the Plan from the proceeds of the Bonds. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member .6jlsoln and, after full discussion thereof and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: 'Paus4-I CrAy i kvwc)o , j27+0 � Sh`Ile, and the following voted against the same: 1'�0 Vie, Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
