A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH ST.
ANTHONY-NEW BRIGHTON SCHOOL DISTRICT #282
COMMUNITY SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony-New Brighton School District #282 entered
in to a lease agreement with the City of St. Anthony in
September 1996; and
WHEREAS, the lease agreement is for the Community Services division
of the school district and gymnasium space; and
WHEREAS, the lease agreement was amended to allow an increase in the
rent amount with the effective dates of January 1, 2008; and
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony-New Brighton School Board is proposing to
amend the lease agreement Article 6. Use to allow the
Huskies gymnastic program as well as other youth
gymnastics programs offered by the St. Anthony/New
Brighton School District of Community Services; and
WHEREAS, this lease amendment would be effective beginning the 2010
- 2011 School year.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony approves amending the lease
with St. Anthony-New Brighton School District #282 Community Services.
