RESOLUTION 10-037
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE
2010 STATE PRIMARY ELECTION AND FOR THE ABSENTEE BALLOT BOARD
WHEREAS, Minnesota Election Law 204B.21 requires that persons serving as election
judges be appointed by the Council at least 25 days before the election.
BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Anthony City Council that the individuals named on Exhibit
A, and on file in the office of the City Clerk be appointed as the City of St. Anthony's
Election Judges for the August 10, 2010 Primary Election and Primary Election Absentee
Ballot Board; and
BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED the St. Anthony City Council also appoints other individuals
and all members appointed to the Hennepin County Absentee Ballot Board and Ramsey
County Absentee Ballot Board as authorized under Minnesota Statute 204B.21, subd. 2
under the direction of the respective Election Manager to serve as members of the St.
Anthony Absentee Ballot Board; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is with this, authorized to make any
substitutions or additions as seemed necessary.
