RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A STUDY REGARDING
REGULATION OF PIPE AND TOBACCO SHOPS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony as follows:
1. Under the City's Zoning Code pipe and tobacco shops are permitted uses in the
Commercial District.
2. The City Council hereby authorizes a study to be undertaken by City staff in
conjunction with the Planning Commission for the purpose of considering amendments to the
Zoning Code regarding the regulation of pipe and tobacco shops.
