RESOLUTION 10-047
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUB-GRANT AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of St. Anthony Fire Department enter into a sub-grant
agreement with the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management in the
Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the program entitled Hazard Mitigation
Assistance Program.
Fire Chief John Malenick, is hereby authorized to execute and sign such sub-grant
agreements any amendments hereto as are necessary to implement the project on behalf
of the City of St. Anthony Fire Department.
I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of St.
Anthony on July 27, 2010.
