RESOLUTION 10-050
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE THE ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR THE
YEARS 2011 THROUGH 2014
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has contracted the City's assessment services
through Hennepin County for the Hennepin County portion of the City of St.
Anthony; and
WHEREAS, the current contract expires on July 31, 2010; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has provided an Assessment Agreement (No. A101051)
for the years 2011 through 2014.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
Authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to Execute the Assessment Agreement between
the City of St. Anthony and Hennepin County for the Years 2011 through 2014
