RESOLUTION 10-084
A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE CITY OF NEW
BRIGHTON FOR ENGINEERING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH
THE 2010 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village entered into a construction agreement with
the City of New Brighton for a section of the 2010 Street Improvement
Project: and
WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has submitted $57,137.88 to the City of St.
Anthony their portion of the Engineering Costs Associated with the 2010
Street Improvement Project.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
Village accepts reimbursement from the City of New Brighton for Engineering Costs
Associated with the 2010 Street Improvement Project.
Adopted this 14th day of December, 2010.
