RESOLUTION 10-085
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DISBURSEMENT FROM THE STATE OF
MINNESOTA FOR THE ST. ANTHONY POLICE DEPARTMENT'S PORTION OF
THE 2008 AND 2009 CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE FINES
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Police Department received a
disbursement in the amount of$247.43 from the State of
Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, this disbursement was for fines for the 2008-2009 controlled
substance offenses; and
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Police Department will apply this money to the
DARE Fund to increase drug prevention and training within St.
Anthony.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony City Council
approves Resolution 10-085; Accepting the Disbursement from the State of Minnesota
for the St. Anthony Police Department's Portion of the 2008-2009 Controlled Substance
Fines.
