RESOLUTION 11-016
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM THE STREET RECONSTRUCTION FUND #504 TO
THE 2008 SILVER LAKE ROAD PROJECT AND
THE 2009 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the present fund balance for the 2008 Silver Lake Road Project equals $112,467.26
WHEREAS, the anticipated final payment to Hennepin County for right-of-way purchases and
construction costs for the 2008 Silver Lake Road Project will total $150,667.93
WHEREAS, the present fund balance for the 2009 Road Improvement Project equals $30,348.92
WHEREAS, the anticipated final payment for construction for the 2009 Road Improvement Project
will total$56,640.71
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony,Minnesota
authorize the following transfer of funds for the 2010 Fiscal/Budget Year.
1) Transfer from the Street Reconstruction Fund#504 to the 2008 Silver Lake Road Project
Fund in the amount of$38,200.67
2) Transfer from the Street Reconstruction Fund#504 to the 2009 Road Improvement Project
Fund in the amount of$26,291.79
Adopted this 11"'day of January, 2011.
