RESOLUTION 11-045
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JAY HARTMAN AS THE
INTERIM CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, City Manager Mornson has submitted his resignation effective
August 19, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Council must appoint an Interim City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony City Council
appoints Jay Hartman as the Interim City Manager.
During such time as Jay Hartman serves as Interim City Manager, his salary shall be
increased $1,500 per month. The other items of employment shall remain unchanged.
The City Council agrees to return Jay Hartman to the position of Public Works Director
at the completion of the interim period at the same salary and benefit levels as he had
on August 19, 2011.
Adopted this 9th day of Au ust 2011.
