RESOLUTION 11-062
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ST.
ANTHONY CANVASSING BOARD TO CANVASS THE RESULTS OF THE
2011 MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 16,2011
WHEREAS, the City Council meets regularly on the second and fourth Tuesday
of each month; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with MN §205.185 subd. 3; the governing body is
required to canvass the returns from the 2011 Municipal Election
between the third and tenth days after the election; and
WHEREAS, this timeline indicates the meeting dates need to be between
November 14, 2011 and November 18, 2011.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St.
Anthony hereby calls for a special meeting of the St. Anthony Canvassing Board
to canvass the results of the 2011 Municipal Election on November 16, 2011 at
5:30 pm.
