RESOLUTION 12-011
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ELECTED OFFICIALS OUT OF
STATE TRAVEL POLICY
WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statute Chapter 156, Section 56, Article 2 now requires
that cities,counties and school districts develop a policy that regulates
travel by located elected officials outside of the state;
WHEREAS, the City Council will review this policy annually and any changes to the
policy must be approved by a recorded vote;
WHEREAS, elected officials will follow the limitations outlined in the policy.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the elected officials Out of State Travel Policy.
