RESOLUTION 12-013
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE GRANT
REIMBURSEMENT FUNDS FROM THE
METROPOLITAN COUNCIL OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLICALLY OWNED INFRASTRUCTURE
MADE ON THE 2010 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony has completed the improvements to the sanitary
sewer as outlined in the grant agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
that the City Council herby accepts the grant reimbursement funds for and on behalf of the
City of St. Anthony in the amount of$34,925.95 for sanitary sewer improvements
completed during the 2010 Street and Utility Improvement Project.
Adopted this 10th day of January 2012.
