A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
FOR THE 2012 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village, a report has
been prepared with reference to the improvements:
2012 Street and Utility Improvements Project
This project consists of street, sanitary sewer,water main, and drainage improvements in the
following locations:
1. Street and Utility Reconstruction
■ Belden Drive from 36"'Avenue NE to 34''' Avenue NE
■ Coolidge Street NE from 36"'Avenue NE to 34'h Avenue NE
■ 35`"Avenue NE from Belden Drive to Harding Street
2. Coolidge/Harding Backyard Drainage Improvements
3. Macalaster Drive Sanitary Sewer Pipe Bursting
4. Lowry Avenue NE Drainage Improvements
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of
the improvements of$2,155,050.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 28`h day of
February 2012, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. or as soon
thereafter as possible,and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvements as required by law.
3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
improvements to be published twice in the official newspaper at least one week apart
and at least three days prior to the hearing.
