A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE AMENDMENTS TO THE GREATER
METROPOLITAN HOUSING CORPORATION'S PROGRAM GUIDELINES
WHEREAS, the City of St Anthony renewed the contract with Greater Metropolitan
Housing Corporation (GMHC) for the implementation of housing
programs for St. Anthony Residents for 2012 on February 14, 2012;and
WHEREAS, in reviewing the Program Guidelines, it was negotiated to amend the
sections of Interest Rate, Loan Program and Total Project Costs to bring
these sections up-to-date.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby adopts the Amendments to the Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation's
Program Guidelines.
