RESOLUTION 12-044
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT
WITH EAST METRO SPECIAL WEAPONS AND TACTICS TEAM (SWAT)
RELATING TO AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY COVERAGE
WHEREAS, the City of St Anthony Police Department has been a member of the East
Metro Special Weapons and Tactics Team (SWAT) for approximately five
years;and
WHEREAS, the League of Minnesota Cities has suggested that the agreement be
amended to include additional language for the automobile liability
coverage.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby amends the Joint Powers Agreement with East Metro Special Weapons and
Tactics Team (SWAT) Relating to Automobile Liability Coverage.
