APPROVAL OF A SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSISSIPPI
WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION (MWMO)
FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes section 471.59 authorizes governmental units to enter
into intergovernmental agreements: and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and Mississippi Watershed Management
Organization (MWMO) are both governmental units as defined under
Minnesota Statutes section 471.59; and
WHEREAS, the MWMO desires to contract with the City of St. Anthony for the
provision of a certain set of financial services as described in Exhibit A
attached hereto ("the Services"); and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony desires to assist the MWMO and has the ability to
provide the Services to the extent and on the terms provided within the
agreement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the Shared Services Agreement with the Mississippi
Watershed Management Organization (MWMO) for Financial Services.
