RESOLUTION 12-048
APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND
THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON TO PROVIDE HUMAN RESOURCES SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton currently has staff that provides human
resources and other similar services to their city; and
WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has determined that, in addition to providing
human resources services for itself, their staff has time to provide certain
similar services to the City of St. Anthony on a part-time basis; and
WHEREAS, both parties can benefit from New Brighton providing these services to
the City of St. Anthony; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into this Agreement setting forth the terms by
which New Brighton will perform the services on behalf of the City of St.
Anthony.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the Agreement between the City of St. Anthony and the
City of New Brighton to provide Human Resources Services.
