RESOLUTION 12-051
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT WITH RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT
WHEREAS, compliance with Rice Creek Watershed District Rule C.5 is difficult or impossible for the
City of St. Anthony to achieve; and
WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding is being developed by Rice Creek Watershed District and
City Staff to facilitate efficient surface water quality improvements that are able to meet
Rice Creek Watershed District Rules for future street and utility projects within the City of
St. Anthony Village.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to enter into an agreement with Rice Creek
Watershed District for compliance with Rice Creek Watershed District Rules for future City
improvements.
