A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID
FOR THE 2012 STORM WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the improvement as shown on the plan for the above-
referenced project, quotes were received,opened and tabulated, and the following quotes
were received complying with the request:
Contractor Total Bid
1 E.J. Mayers Inc. $51,235.00
2 Ellingson Drainage Inc. $63,710.00
WHEREAS, it appears that E.J. Mayers, Inc. of Hamel, MN is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,of the City Council of the City of St.Anthony Village:
1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with E.J
Mayers, Inc. in the amount of$51,235.00 in the name of the City of St. Anthony Village, Minnesota for
the improvement outlined in the above-referenced project according to the plans and specifications,
therefore,approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
2. The Engineer, WSB & Associates, Inc., is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their quotes once the contract has been signed.
