RESOLUTION 12-079
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE
2012 GENERAL ELECTION
WHEREAS, Minnesota§204B.21, subd. 2 Appointing authority, powers and duties; indicates election
judges for precincts in a municipality shall be appointed by the governing body of the
municipality;and
WHEREAS, the individuals listed on Exhibit A have submitted applications to the City Clerk to be
Election Judges for the November 6,2012,General Election:
The members of city staff that will be assisting with absentee voting are Phuongmai Dang,Robin Hartfiel,
and Sandy Simon. The absentee ballot board will consist of a group of above listed election judges and city
staff.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby appoints
Election Judges for the 2012 General Election.
