a, Sewer Rate Ordinance #1975--003. Enclosed please find the revised ordinance.
I feel that this revised ordinance will take care of most of our problems.
ACTION: Recommend 1st reading so attorney will have time to review before
passage.
b. Ordinance regarding Building Permit Fees. We have for many years used the
Mpls. Plumbing and Mechanical Codes and fee schedules and the Uniform Bldg.
Code and fee schedules. Both of these ordinances or codes have been updated
and this ordinance will merely bring St. Anthony fee schedules up to date.
• ACTION: Recommend we waive readings and adopt.
c. Resolution regarding Hennepin County Redistricting. Mayor Miedtke has
been working with other mayors in Hennepin County regarding the proposed
redistricting of the County Commissioners districts and will have a resolution
to present regarding that matter.

7. Old Business
a. Reconvene Board of Review. City Assessor, Harry Lekson and Hennepin
County assessors office will have reappraisals for the homeowners who requested
them.

b. 29th Avenue Reconstruction. Enclosed are copies of a report from Ice
Comstock, City Engineer, that the Council requested regarding costs of 32'
5 Ton street vs. 40' 9 Ton street and estimates of assessments for both and
a letter sent to a resident on the street. The residents are having a meeting
before our meeting and I expect they will be there again to discuss the matter.

8. New Business
• a. Ken Girard-St. Anthony Lions Club regarding donkey ball game at Central
Park August 16 or August 17, 1975. Mr. Girard will be in attendance to discuss
his request with the Council.

9. Communications & Petitions
• a. Request for Ramsey County Showboat.for Village Celebration on September 14th.
The County requires an official request for the Council to use the showboat.
ACTION: Recommend Council move to request and I will send copy of minutes.
b. Discussion of meeting on zoning ordinance. We should schedule another
meeting regarding the zoning ordinance so we can complete our review in the
near future.
c. Letter from Ramsey County League of Municipalities.-Informational

a. Report by Manager regarding negotiations for lease of Parkview is enclosed.
