P . Resolution 76-057 - A resolution rrodifyinc* the 1976 Buclget.
B. Resoluiton 76-050 - P resolution rgodifying the 1976 1,udaet.
Fassacge of these resolutions will allow the City Treasurer
to balance all general fund accounts and close the boo'::, for
the year.
ACTION.- Recommend passage.
C. Resolution 76-059 - P_ resolution transferring monies to
Capital Improver-ent Fund . This resolution will transfer
funds from the X29-10 or salary account to fund 15--05 which
is a fun6 dedicated to capital expenditures. FunO 15-05
was established 4 or. 5 years ago but has only been funded
with ;1,800 .00 due to our tight financial situation. The
oricxiral intent of the Council was to use the fund for r-ain-
tenance eRuiprent that required large expenditures. An al-
ternative would be to leave the money in the general fund
where the reserve is getting very loci•.

C. Discussion of Ice Arena. I have received little inforration
to Fate from the communities and school districts I have
contacted and therefore recornrend we not consider until
January 25th.

Bid Notice for [later Well Pumn Service and Testing. Enclosed
please find copies of the notice and bid forms for taking
bids for routine raintenance on T^?ell 111o. 4 . A.nnroval of
- advertising for bids will allow the Water Department to con-
tinue their program of periodic maintenance.
ACTION: Recommend Approval.

A. Letter from Suburban Public Health Nursing Service. Infor-
riational. North *'emorial IIospital also was designated a
vendor and will continue to provide us services if we desire.

B. Letter from Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. The program
the P.C.A. discusses in their letter doesn't effect us at
the present time and probably won't in the future but we can
send a letter if the Council desires.

D. Fennepin County Criminal Justice Council - Information
attached.
ACTION: Recommend we adopt resolution and join as this is
the orqanization that L_T,.A.a- )rant applications,
etc. , in the county.

Engineer. I have talked to all mer„bers of the Council
re? consulting engineering services to the City ar_d believe
the consensus is that we desire to chan7e fire's . There is
inforr-ation attached from two firrs. t^7e could either
appoint one of these or tall: to additional ores . I have
worked with i icCombs Knutson and would recorr•end we appoint
them of the two listed.
