A. Donald Dick side yard variance request - memo enclosed.
• ACTION: Council
B. C.B. United/Apache Plaza regarding proposed camp-in and/or
jamboree. They are prepared to provide more specifics
after talking with me, the Apache Merchants Association
and the management of the Plaza. Letter from Ruth Welch;
Phil Dahlen is to be present.

C. Letter from Sue Sinna, Ramsey County Family Day Care Associ-
ation, requesting the refund of the $10 .00 fee for a con-
ditional permit request for a day care center. A staff member
of the state Department of Welfare told me that Ms. Sinna 's
position is correct and she was to consult her legal consel
and send a letter confirming that.

8. New Business
A. Commendation of City residents for their cooperation and un-
derstanding during the strike. Councilman Stauffer suggested
this.
ACTION: Council
. B. License regulations/license fee schedule changes . I think
it advisable to give the City Attorney some direction and
guidance before he writes a new ordinance.

A. Nominations for the C.C. Ludwig Award for distinguished
municipal service - L.M.C.

A. Sewer Rate Revision. Due to significant cost increases, pri-
marily from the M.w.C.C. , a rate increase is advisable.

ordinance.
