A. Park Improvement Funded Under the Year II C.D.B.G. Application.
Jim Fornell - Memo and Community Services Advisory Board
Minutes attached. Jim will discuss also.
ACTION: Recommend approval of priority schedule
so process can begin.
B. Discussion and slide presentation regarding possible improvements
and path around storm water Holding Pond . I will have a slide
presentation at the meeting and a written narrative to go with it
at the meeting.
ACTION: Council.
8. New Business
A. Bids for Concrete, Oil, Aggregate and Blacktop Bids and specs
are attached. The prices quoted will be checked further where
there were no competitive bids . Most of the prices appear to
be quite good though. The blacktop is less than last year.
ACTION: Recommend we accept low bids .
9 . Communications/Petitions
• A. Discussion of Joint Council Planning Commission meeting regarding
variances, conditional use permits , etc.
ACTION: Council.
B. Memo from Dorsey Firm regarding year end prosecution summary
for 1976 .
Informational.
C. Letter from North Memorial Medical Center regarding patients
that were visited during the month of April.
Informational.
10. Reports
A. Memo written by Jim Fornell regarding Long Term Debt Analysis.
Report attached. I concur with Jim's recommendations regarding
the excess funds in the different funds and feel we need to
look at long term financial resources of the City. If a com-
mittee is formed though, I wcnder if they couldn't be changed
with a study of this nature and with the on going task of
capital long range planning.
