A. Resolution 77-056 - Resolution Authorizing ParticipationkIn The
Suburban Health Nursing Service; Directing The Execution And
Delivery Of A Joint Powers Agreement; And Designating -A Repre-
sentative Of The City As Its Member• On The Suburban Health
Nursing Service. Agreement enclosed. The approval of this
• resolution will make St. Anthony a member. The Service will
then select health service vendors, one of which will hopefully
be North Memorial Medical Center, our present vendor.
ACTION: Recommend Approval.
B. Resolution 77-057 - A Resolution Modifying The 1977 Budget.
This is an "in and out" transfer of additional receipts from
Columbia Heights gasoline purchases to increase the appropria-
tion used to purchase more gasoline.
ACTION: Recommend Approval.
7. Old Business
A. Bid Tabulation/Recommendation regarding the new Public Works
building. We can save money if we put in the foundation. The
bids were higher than anticipated.
ACTION: Recommend approval based upon the modification
that the City do the foundation work.
8. New Business
A. Congregate Dining Program. A memo is enclosed.
ACTIO14: Review, have staff work out the details subject
to Council approval .
• 9 . Communications/Petitions
A. Letter from G. Hedlund re: attorney' s fees on the Penrod Addition
plat. Billing for attorney' s services has been the usual
practice. The Beutzes were also billed a less amount and they
paid it. The P.U.D. permit application is separate from the
platting action.
