A. Human Relations Advisory Committee Report. I do not feel an
Affirmative Action Plan is absolutely necessary at this time.
I agree that the Committee should not be expected to draft a
Plan but I see the Plan as a relatively low priority in terms
of limited staff time.

A. Installation of traffic signal. According to the letter it
sounds like we formally committed funds which we did not do-only
if it is satisfactory to the City.

A. Maintenance Service Agreement - Ramsey County
ACTION: Recommend Approval.
10 . Communications/Petitions
A. George Moore - request for street light. A street light may
help.
ACTION: Council
B. Parking on Highcrest Road. I sent out a "ballot" to residents
0 and requested them back by March 12th, indicating preference.
ACTION: Council.

A. Fire Department - February. I requested that the Department
provide more information in their monthly report, hence the
new form. It saves some office typing, also.

Council Chambers
Charlie Lefevere, the attorney who is handling the case of the assess-
ments which were uncollected in the Apache Plaza and Diamond 6 Apart-
ments areas, has requested a meeting with the Council to discuss the
status of settlements, to date.
