A. Ordinance 1979-001. An Ordinance Relating To City Personnel And
• Establishing A Basic Personnel Policy, Repealing Section 135 Of
The 1973 Code of Ordinances. It has been modified after discus-
sions with staff.
ACTION: Request one more hearing on it in April.
B. Ordinance 1979-004 . An Ordinance Establishing A Vehicle Use
Policy, Repealing Section 135 : 87 Of The 1973 Code Of Ordinances .
Memo enclosed.
ACTION: Recommend approval of first reading, consideration
of policy.
C. Resolution 79-021. A Resolution Funding A Police C .S .O. Through
December 31 , 1979 . A memo on future goals will be forthcoming.
With CETA funding expiring on May 15th , we need to know now.
ACTION: Recommend Approval.
D. Resolution 79-022 . A Resolution Declaring April 9-15 As Hunger
Week.
ACTION: Recommend Approval.
E. Resolution 79-023. A Resolution Modifying The City Of St.
Anthony 's Year V C.D.B.G. Application.

F'. Resolution 79-024 . A Resolution Modifying St. Anthony 's Year II
Community Development Block Grant Application.
ACTION: Recommend Approval.

A. Staffing Alternatives memo.
ACTION: Recommend discussing and tabling until April.
B. Liquor Operation Alternatives . Proposal of Economic Research,
Inc. I have been unable to reach Mr. Chiodo to see if he could
attend the meeting.

C. Cable T.V. Service is proposed to Columbia Heights and Hilltop.
