7. Ordinances and Resolutions
A. Resolution 79-032 . A Resolution Allowing Reimbursement of
• Monies for the Purchase of Moving Radar. We will soon have
a radar unit for each marked car.
ACTION: Recommend Approval
B. Resolution 79-033. A Resolution Establishing a Citizen Advisory
Body to Advise the Council on Matters Relating to a Cable
Communications Franchise. If the Council wants to pursue
cable T.V. , it will be necessary to establish the Advisory
Body.
ACTION: Recommend Approval
C. Resolution 79-034 . A Resolution Transferring Funds From
Account #108-3 to -Account #4223-33. The resolution is
reimbursement for I .S.D. #282 gas purchases and an appro-
priation increase to purchase more gasoline.
ACTION: Recommend Approval
D. Resolution 79-035. A Resolution Providing for a 1979 Budget
Transfer for Equipment Repair. The transmission on our sweeper
went out during spring sweeping and had to be replaced. It
was not covered-by warranty and was not budgeted for.
ACTION: Recommend Approval

8. Old Business
A. City hall alternatives . There is a lot of information
presented and I suggest that the Council review this ,
ask for further information, if desired, and consider
scheduling a public hearing.

9 . New Business
A. Fire Department Reserve uniform allowances . Memo enclosed.
ACTION: Recommend Approval subject to the conditions
specified in my memo. The Council may wish
to add some.
10. Communications/Petitions
A. McCombs-Knutson proposed Anthony Lane Project #78-1 cost
over-runs letter. New bids will be available for the
June 12 meeting. The assessments will be higher than
originally anticipated. The Council may desire to inform
the affected property owners of the June 12 meeting.

• B. Elected Official Handbook. I ordered the last set, but I
don' t think they circulated. Are you interested in getting
Set #2?

C. Association of Metro Municipalities - Annual Meeting.
ACTION: Reservations, please
D. L.M.C. meeting on levy limits . This is part of the
conference.

E. Surplus School Space Seminar. A copy of the brochure was
sent to Tom McMullen, also.
