A. Ordinance 1979-006 . An Ordinance Relating to Parks,
Restricting Fuel Used in Permitted Fires , and Permitting
the Use of Lighted Tennis Courts During the Hours The
Parks Are Otherwise Closed.
ACTION: Recommend Approval
B. Resolution 79-043. A Resolution Requesting That Hennepin
County Prepare a Supplement to Agreement No. 80228 for
Assessing Services for the 1980 Assessment Year. Hennepin
County ' s attorney wanted an official statement before he
prepared an amendment.
ACTION: Recommend Approval
C. Resolution 79-046. A Resolution Approving the Plans for
the Highcrest Road Improvement Project (1979-001) . Letter
to Roseville city manager. As of July 6 , the parking issue
is unresolved. It seems Roseville favors a flip of a coin ,
although I feel we have good reasons for our position.
ACTION : Recommend Approval of the Resolution; discuss
parking -- is the Council agreeable to a flip?

B. Announcement: Special Meeting July 16 , 1979 , at about
4 : 30 or 5 :00 p.m. , to approve the 1979-003 Water Improve-
ment Project bid. It should only take a few minutes .
