This will help to interface the criminal justice role in the community ' s chemical abuse programming. Chairman Stauffer concurs . ACTION: Appoint 10 . Communications/Petitions A. L.M.C. - Levy Limit Legislation and Seminar. ACTION: Registrations by December 9 , please. B. Metro Transit Commission - 1980 Shelter Program. The 37th Avenue N.E. and Silver Lake Road shelter is to be completed soon. Any other desired locations? ACTION: Recommend sites 11. Reports A. Investment Report - Carol Johnson. Our cash balances invested are improving, but we got hurt when locked into the investment pool when interest rates skyrocketed recently. • ACTION: Informational B. Police Reserve, Intern and Exploring Programs Status Report - Chief Hickerson. ACTION: Informational C. Board of Health, Miscellaneous Public Health Concerns - memo by J. Fornell. ACTION: Recommend per memo 12 . Licenses Restaurant - Bambies Pizza, 2626 Kenzie Terrace Motor Vehicle Starting and Towing - Sroga ' s Standard ACTION: Recommend approval 13. City of Roseville (Highcrest Road) - I recommend we pay the sanitary sewer repair and diversion costs out- of Fund 10A. Note the financial condition of the sewer fund; report enclosed.
