An ordinance of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, establishing a shade tree program, providing regulation for the control of certain diseases affecting trees , incorporating agency rules and regulations, and providing for penalty for violation thereof. ACTION: Recommend adoption, pending attorney 's approval . B. Ordinance 1979-008 . An ordinance establishing a Board of Health, an advisory committee to the Board of Health, and providing for the enforcement of health laws, ordinances and orders. ACTION: Modify as desired, approve first reading. C. Resolution 79-085. A resolution establishing a travel advance and reimbursement policy. (This will help increase our control. ) ACTION: Recommend adoption. D. Resolution 79-086 . A resolution vacating a portion of Sunset Lane as platted in Moundsview Acres, 2nd Addition. An Ordinance relating to parking space requirements amending the City Zoning Ordinance and an Ordinance establishing regulations for sit-down restaurants in the City Zoning Ordinance which Zoning Ordinance was adopted by Section 300 of the 1973 Code of Ordinances and, amended by Ordinance No. 1976-006.
